black bean and raspberry dip
I tried this on a bus trip to the Longaberger Homestead. It was very good, with the sautéed onions and raspberry layers! Oh, how good!

- 1 medium red onion, sauteed and drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces raspberry salsa
- - squeeze of lime juice
- - cheddar cheese
- - tortilla chips

Step 1Layer in a pie plate and top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. serve with tortilla chips
