We had lots of fun at Christmas in NC in 2005, making and tasting different dip recipes. This one was a good one!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces hormel chili, no beans
  • 10 ounces rotel tomatoes with green chilies, diced
  • 8 ounces velveeta, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How To Make big dipper

  • Step 1
    Reserve 1 tablespoon, drained. of tomatoes for garnish. Combine all in saucepan, heat to melt, stirring frequently. Serve warm with vegetable dippers and toasted French bread slices. Garnish. Makes 4 cups.
