Ingredients
- 2/3 - broccoli, very finely chopped
- 2/3 - cheddar and monterey cheese, very finely shredded
- 1/3 bacon, cooked and very finely chopped
- - breadcrumbs, finely processed
How To Make bayou broccoli balls

Step 1Mix broccoli, cheese, and bacon together.

Step 2Form into small balls.

Step 3Place into freezer, until firm. (usually takes about 30min.)

Step 4Roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 5Fry in lard (Yes, lard) until golden brown.
