My husband loves Vidalia Onions! the only problem, he has to wait until spring here in Green Bay, wi for them to come in season. He likes to use them on everything. Years ago I got this recipe for an appetizer for Vidalia Onions which we have used for all differant occasions and just to snack on! Makes hubby happy, happy, happy!
