baguette appetizers

My dad first made these about two years ago and they have been a great hit at holidays or just everyday. Forewarning...... These are alittle rich however, very addicting!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or colby jack)
- 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3-4 slices bacon (cooked and diced)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 package baguette rounds
- 2 cups garlic spread
How To Make baguette appetizers

Step 1Turn oven on to broil. Cook Bacon, once cooked dice into small pieces by hand or a food dicer. While bacon is cooking place Garlic Spread on Baguettes.

Step 2Mix together Mayo, Shredded Cheese, Dijon Mustard, Crushed Red Pepper and Bacon.

Step 3Spread on to baguette rounds. Broil in oven until cheese is a little toasted. Take out, cool and serve.
