My dad first made these about two years ago and they have been a great hit at holidays or just everyday. Forewarning...... These are alittle rich however, very addicting!!!

Ingredients For baguette appetizers

1 c

mayonnaise
1/2 c

cheese, shredded (cheddar or colby jack)
1/4 tsp

dijon mustard
3-4 slice

bacon (cooked and diced)
1/4 tsp

crushed red pepper
1 pkg

baguette rounds
2 c

garlic spread

How To Make baguette appetizers

Turn oven on to broil. Cook Bacon, once cooked dice into small pieces by hand or a food dicer. While bacon is cooking place Garlic Spread on Baguettes.

Mix together Mayo, Shredded Cheese, Dijon Mustard, Crushed Red Pepper and Bacon.

Spread on to baguette rounds. Broil in oven until cheese is a little toasted. Take out, cool and serve.
