How to Make Bacon Rollups
- Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. Roll out each can of crescent rolls into one big rectangle per can. Place each on a piece of wax paper. Spread sour cream on each rectangle. Sprinkle onion salt on each rectangle. Sprinkle bacon which has been broken up on each rectangle.
- Roll into a long roll and roll waxed paper around it. Put in freezer until set and easy to slice or you can leave it overnight.
- Remove from freezer and let thaw just enough to cut. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Lay on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until light brown. Serve.
