Delicious finger food for New Year's Eve!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 package bacon

How To Make bacon rollups

  • Step 1
    Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. Roll out each can of crescent rolls into one big rectangle per can. Place each on a piece of wax paper. Spread sour cream on each rectangle. Sprinkle onion salt on each rectangle. Sprinkle bacon which has been broken up on each rectangle.
  • Step 2
    Roll into a long roll and roll waxed paper around it. Put in freezer until set and easy to slice or you can leave it overnight.
  • Step 3
    Remove from freezer and let thaw just enough to cut. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Lay on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until light brown. Serve.
