- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups milk
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Oven to 400 degrees. lightly grease pie plate. sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom. beat remaining ingredients smooth, pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with bacon curls and parsley sprigs.
