Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocadoes, pitted
- 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sake,
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh shiso leaves* (optional)
How To Make asian guacamole

Step 1Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork (leave slightly chunky).

Step 2Stir in all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Sprinkle with the seeds.

Step 3Shiso is an aromatic herb; find shiso at Asian markets.
