Can't remember when I first tried this recipe. Artichoke lovers will make this again and again.

grated yellow cheddar cheese
marinated artichokes (two 6-oz. jars)
How To Make
Drain marinade from marinated artichoke hearts, reserving liquid.
Using reserved liquid, cook garlic and onion until limp.
Combine rest of ingredients with the liquid, and bake in an 8x8 pan at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
