Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1 dash tabasco
- 1 cup grated yellow cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions
- 6 - soda crackers
- 12 ounces marinated artichokes (two 6-oz. jars)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
How To Make artichoke squares

Step 1Drain marinade from marinated artichoke hearts, reserving liquid.

Step 2Using reserved liquid, cook garlic and onion until limp.

Step 3Combine rest of ingredients with the liquid, and bake in an 8x8 pan at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Step 4Cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
