Can't remember when I first tried this recipe. Artichoke lovers will make this again and again.

Ingredients For artichoke squares

4eggs

1 dashtabasco
-
1 cgrated yellow cheddar cheese

1 bunchgreen onions
-
6soda crackers
-
12 ozmarinated artichokes (two 6-oz. jars)

1 cloveminced garlic

1 tspchopped parsley
How To Make artichoke squares

1Drain marinade from marinated artichoke hearts, reserving liquid.

2Using reserved liquid, cook garlic and onion until limp.

3Combine rest of ingredients with the liquid, and bake in an 8x8 pan at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

4Cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
