artichoke & spinach dip

Very simple and easy dip to entertain guests or a quick appetizer to whip up! My mother taught me this and we love to make it when poolside!

Ingredients
- 1 can medium 6-8 count artichockes
- 1 package fresh/frozen spinach
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make artichoke & spinach dip

Step 1Cut Artichokes in pieces, then mix with spinach (drained), mayo, and parmesan cheese.

Step 2Spread in 9x9 pan, top with shredded mozzarella cheese & bake on 350 degrees for 40mins or until cheese turns light brown.

Step 3Enjoy with tortilla chips!
