artichoke & spinach dip

Very simple and easy dip to entertain guests or a quick appetizer to whip up! My mother taught me this and we love to make it when poolside!

Ingredients

  • 1 can medium 6-8 count artichockes
  • 1 package fresh/frozen spinach
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make artichoke & spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Cut Artichokes in pieces, then mix with spinach (drained), mayo, and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 2
    Spread in 9x9 pan, top with shredded mozzarella cheese & bake on 350 degrees for 40mins or until cheese turns light brown.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy with tortilla chips!
