Very simple and easy dip to entertain guests or a quick appetizer to whip up! My mother taught me this and we love to make it when poolside!

    medium 6-8 count artichockes
  • 1 pkg
    fresh/frozen spinach
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Artichoke & Spinach Dip


  1. Cut Artichokes in pieces, then mix with spinach (drained), mayo, and parmesan cheese.
  2. Spread in 9x9 pan, top with shredded mozzarella cheese & bake on 350 degrees for 40mins or until cheese turns light brown.
  3. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
