artichoke dip

This recipe was submitted by one of our medical students at our United Way Potluck. It won second place in the Appetizer category and was delish!!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces can artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste, can add more
  • - parsley, thyme, basil, bay leaves to taste

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    325 degree oven. Chop the artichoke hearts and mix with everything in a casserole dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes to brown the top.
  • Step 2
    Regarding the herbs, add a teaspoon of each or more to taste. ENJOY!!
