This is a yummy dip, perfect for a superbowl party!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 2 packages shredded parmesan cheese (10-12 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 - tomato, diced

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Mix artichoke hearts, cheese and garlic with mayo, you may need a little more than 6 tablespoons. Mix until a good mushy dip consistency. Add lemon juice to taste. Put tomatoes on the top and bake at 350 until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve with lightly toasted sliced baguette bread, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
