Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 2 packages shredded parmesan cheese (10-12 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 - tomato, diced
How To Make artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Mix artichoke hearts, cheese and garlic with mayo, you may need a little more than 6 tablespoons. Mix until a good mushy dip consistency. Add lemon juice to taste. Put tomatoes on the top and bake at 350 until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.

Step 3Serve with lightly toasted sliced baguette bread, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
