This is a yummy dip, perfect for a superbowl party!

  • 2 can(s)
    artichoke hearts
  • 2 pkg
    shredded parmesan cheese (10-12 oz)
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    tomato, diced

How to Make Artichoke Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix artichoke hearts, cheese and garlic with mayo, you may need a little more than 6 tablespoons. Mix until a good mushy dip consistency. Add lemon juice to taste. Put tomatoes on the top and bake at 350 until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
  3. Serve with lightly toasted sliced baguette bread, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
