How to Make Artichoke dip


  1. First drain the artichokes. Place in medium size mixing bowl & cut up the artichokes very well. Mix the parmesan cheese & mayo thoroughly. Spread evenly into 2 inch dish.
  2. Cook at 350 for 15-20 mins or until sides start turning golden brown. Serve with club crackers or whatever you prefer. Enjoy
