Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cans medium size artichokes

How To Make artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    First drain the artichokes. Place in medium size mixing bowl & cut up the artichokes very well. Mix the parmesan cheese & mayo thoroughly. Spread evenly into 2 inch dish.
  • Step 2
    Cook at 350 for 15-20 mins or until sides start turning golden brown. Serve with club crackers or whatever you prefer. Enjoy
