Ingredients

8 ozcream cheese, softened

8 ozsour cream, regular is best
-
1 bunchspring onions, green tops included, chopped fine

3 mediumripe tomatoes, chopped
-
1 mediumbell pepper, chopped fine

2 cmild cheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 lbbacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

16 ozsalsa, medium
-
1 largebag of tortilla chips
How to Make 7 layer Mexican dip
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread in a 11x14" dish. Pour salsa over this.
- Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, reserving bacon for last. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top, prior to serving.
