Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream, regular is best
- 1 bunch spring onions, green tops included, chopped fine
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 16 ounces salsa, medium
- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
How To Make 7 layer mexican dip

Step 1Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread in a 11x14" dish. Pour salsa over this.

Step 2Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, reserving bacon for last. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top, prior to serving.
