We had this as an appetizer in NC at Christmas in 2005. This was really good, but since I personally don't like olives, I omit them when I make this.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 2 tablespoons tabasco green sauce
  • 1 package guacamole
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 - tomato, diced
  • 1 - onion, diced

How To Make 7 layer dip

  • Step 1
    Combine bean dip with green pepper sauce. Spread on bottom of casserole dish. Spread guacamole on top. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning, layer over guacamole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Sprinkle with olives, tomato and onion. Chill one hour. Serve with Torengos chips.
