Ingredients
- - 5 tbsp. butter or margarine
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 6 cups your favorite chex cereal
- - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make 5 minute butter crunch

Step 1Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Stir in salt. Add chex. Stir til allow pieces are coated.

Step 2Continue to heat and stir for 4 to 6 minutes or til chex are lightly toasted Sprinkle on cheese. Stir to coat all pieces. Spread on paper towels to cool. Makes 6 cups. My Old Recipes
