Ingredients

  • - 5 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • - 6 cups your favorite chex cereal
  • - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make 5 minute butter crunch

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Stir in salt. Add chex. Stir til allow pieces are coated.
  • Step 2
    Continue to heat and stir for 4 to 6 minutes or til chex are lightly toasted Sprinkle on cheese. Stir to coat all pieces. Spread on paper towels to cool. Makes 6 cups. My Old Recipes
