meatball ingredients
1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
4 tsp
parmesan cheese (grated)
1 medium
onion, finely chopped
1 c
bread crumbs (soft)
eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1 tsp
parsley flakes
sauce ingredients
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
1/4 c
1 can(s)
tomato sauce 8 ounce
4 tsp
apple cider vinegar

How to Make Zesty meatballs, with barbeque sauce


  • 1combine all meatball ingredients together and thoroughly mix.
  • 2shape into balls approximately 2" in diameter
  • 3cook in heavy skillet using a small amount of cooking oil until lightly browned
  • 4remove meatballs from skillet, drain on paper towels, then arrange in a 12" by 9" by 2 1/2" baking dish
  • 5set aside until sauce is prepared
  • 6combine all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. mix thoroughly.
  • 7bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cook one minute after boiling starts.
  • 8Drizzle sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
