    meatball ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 4 tsp
    parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 medium
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs (soft)
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • ·
    sauce ingredients
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce 8 ounce
  • 4 tsp
    apple cider vinegar

How to Make Zesty meatballs, with barbeque sauce


  1. combine all meatball ingredients together and thoroughly mix.
  2. shape into balls approximately 2" in diameter
  3. cook in heavy skillet using a small amount of cooking oil until lightly browned
  4. remove meatballs from skillet, drain on paper towels, then arrange in a 12" by 9" by 2 1/2" baking dish
  5. set aside until sauce is prepared
  6. combine all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. mix thoroughly.
  7. bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cook one minute after boiling starts.
  8. Drizzle sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
