Ingredients
- - meatball ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs (soft)
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- - sauce ingredients
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 ounce
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
How To Make zesty meatballs, with barbeque sauce

Step 1combine all meatball ingredients together and thoroughly mix.

Step 2shape into balls approximately 2" in diameter

Step 3cook in heavy skillet using a small amount of cooking oil until lightly browned

Step 4remove meatballs from skillet, drain on paper towels, then arrange in a 12" by 9" by 2 1/2" baking dish

Step 5set aside until sauce is prepared

Step 6combine all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. mix thoroughly.

Step 7bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cook one minute after boiling starts.

Step 8Drizzle sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
