Ingredients
- 1 jar 16 oz. jar refrigerated sauerkraut, drained
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces monterrey jack cheese, shredded (use cheddar if preferred)
- 1 package 6-oz. pkg. buddig corned beef, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing (or russian if you can find it)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Combine all ingredients and spread evenly in a prepared square baking dish.

Step 3Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with warm bread pieces or bagel chips.
