whipped up liver sausage spread
This is different than the other Liver Sausage Spread that I posted. It uses 16 ounces of Liver Sausage (Braunschweiger) and 8 ounces cream cheese. With the use of electric beaters, it gets whipped into a light and creamy spread. This is so good that I can eat it with a spoon. LOL! But I do love my liver sausage.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces liver sausage (braunschweiger)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup onion, finely minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make whipped up liver sausage spread

Step 1Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer beat until smooth. The mixture will become light and fluffy.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate for several hours for the flavors to blend.

Step 3Serve with your choice of crackers, or it's delicious on party rye. Or if you are like me, you can eat it with a spoon!
