Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce and lemon juice
- 2 - inch piece of ginger grated
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs, more or less to make desired consistancy
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons each fish sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - inch piece ginger grated
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili paste and cornstarch

Step 1Mix all ingredients for meatball together. Roll into balls and bake on foil lined baking sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 2Place all ingredients for sauce together in sauce pan and cook until warmed and thickened. Serve over meatballs
