Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons each soy sauce and lemon juice
  • 2 - inch piece of ginger grated
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs, more or less to make desired consistancy
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons each fish sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 - inch piece ginger grated
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste and cornstarch

How To Make venison meatballs with ginger soy glaze

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients for meatball together. Roll into balls and bake on foil lined baking sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Place all ingredients for sauce together in sauce pan and cook until warmed and thickened. Serve over meatballs
