Venison Meatballs with Ginger Soy Glaze

1/2 lbground pork

2 Tbspeach soy sauce and lemon juice

2inch piece of ginger grated

6 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspcanola oil

1 Tbspchili paste

1/2 cplain breadcrumbs, more or less to make desired consistancy

SAUCE
-
1/2 csoy sauce
-
2 Tbspeach fish sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce

4 clovegarlic minced

1inch piece ginger grated
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspchili paste and cornstarch
How to Make Venison Meatballs with Ginger Soy Glaze
- Mix all ingredients for meatball together. Roll into balls and bake on foil lined baking sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Place all ingredients for sauce together in sauce pan and cook until warmed and thickened. Serve over meatballs
