I love to eat clean! Here's a clean twist on a snack or party favorite.

2 1/2 lb
ground chicken breast
dried quick oats
green bell peppers
few pinches of seasoning of choice
How To Make
Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl.
Spray a muffin tin (or regular pan) with PAM.
Mush into balls.
Cook at 375 for about 35 minutes.
(14 grams of protein for each ball! They're under 90 calories each, with 1 gram of fat, and 4 gram of carbs.)
