Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb
    ground chicken breast
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    dried quick oats
  • 2 medium
    green bell peppers
  • 1
    red onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano
  • ·
    few pinches of seasoning of choice

How to Make Ultra Clean Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl.
  2. Spray a muffin tin (or regular pan) with PAM.
  3. Mush into balls.
  4. Cook at 375 for about 35 minutes.
  5. (14 grams of protein for each ball! They're under 90 calories each, with 1 gram of fat, and 4 gram of carbs.)
