2 1/2 lb
ground chicken breast
egg whites
1 c
dried quick oats
2 medium
green bell peppers
red onion
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 Tbsp
basil, dried
1 Tbsp
few pinches of seasoning of choice

How to Make Ultra Clean Meatballs


  • 1Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl.
  • 2Spray a muffin tin (or regular pan) with PAM.
  • 3Mush into balls.
  • 4Cook at 375 for about 35 minutes.
  • 5(14 grams of protein for each ball! They're under 90 calories each, with 1 gram of fat, and 4 gram of carbs.)
