Two Pigs in a Blanket

Christine Schnepp

Quick and easy finger food the whole family will love. I also serve these as an appetizer or along side my potato skins.

How to Make Two Pigs in a Blanket

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out biscuits to make a flat pancake like dough. Cut all dogs in halves and do the same with the bacon. Make a slit down the dogs, stuff with cheese, wrap with bacon, then roll up sides of biscuit. Make a nice tight seal and place in oven. Bake 10-12 minutes. Serve.
