Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- pinch ground cloves
- 3/4 pound cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 can 16 ounce pineapple chunks
- 2 - medium bananas, cut into 1 inch slices
How To Make tropical ham kabobs

Step 1Combine butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and cloves in a 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted, stirring twice.

Step 2Thread ham, pineapple and banana alternately on six 8 inch skewers. Arrange kabobs in a 10 inch round baking dish. Brush with butter sauce. Microwave on high for 7 1/2 minutes, or until heated through, turning the skewers and basting with remaining butter sauce after 3 minutes.
