Ingredients
- 24 won ton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound mild pork sausage
- 1 1/4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups monterrey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
How To Make tex-mex won ton appetizers

Step 1Lightly grease 24 miniature muffin cups with oil. Press 1 won ton wrapper into each cup; brush with 2 tbsp. oil.

Step 2Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove wrappers from muffin cups.

Step 3Arrange won ton cups on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well.

Step 4Combine the sausage, cheddar & monterrey jack, salad dressing, red bell pepper and olives in a bowl and mix well.

Step 5Spoon 1 tbsp. filling into each won ton cup. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes or until bubbly.
