Ingredients For tex-mex won ton appetizers

    won ton wrappers
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    mild pork sausage
  • 1 1/4 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 c
    monterrey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
    sliced black olives

How To Make tex-mex won ton appetizers

    Lightly grease 24 miniature muffin cups with oil. Press 1 won ton wrapper into each cup; brush with 2 tbsp. oil.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove wrappers from muffin cups.

    Arrange won ton cups on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well.

    Combine the sausage, cheddar & monterrey jack, salad dressing, red bell pepper and olives in a bowl and mix well.

    Spoon 1 tbsp. filling into each won ton cup. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes or until bubbly.
