2new york strip filets

1/4 csoy sauce
2 clovegarlic, minced

How to Make Teriyaki Steak Skewers
- Slice steak in long pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
- In sauce pan, heat water, cornstarch, brown sugar and soy sauce until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add garlic and ginger, stir well. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Marinade the steak in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Poke skewers through the steak pieces and place on a plate. Set extra sauce aside (if any).
- Grill the skewers over medium-low heat, brushing with extra sauce while cooking. Grill both sides for approximately 2-3 minutes each.
