beef sirloin steak, boneless
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
minced onion
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/8 tsp

How to Make Teriyaki Finger Steaks


  • 1Trim fat from steak and slice lengthwise into 1/2-in strips; place in a large glass bowl.
  • 2Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over meat and toss gently.
  • 3Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • 4Drain, discarding marinade.
  • 5Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers.
  • 6Grill over medium-hot coals, turning often, for 7-10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
  • 7Remove from skewers and serve.
