Makes 24 pieces.

    1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ·
    2 tbsp. honey
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • ·
    1 clove garlic crushed
  • ·
    1 tsp. grated onion
  • ·
    1/4 cup dry white wine
  • ·
    3/4 lb. boneless top sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices
  • ·
    1 can water chestnuts, halved, 6 oz

How to Make Teriyaki Beef Nuggets


  1. In shallow bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, onion and wine.
  2. Wrap 1 slice of meat around each water chestnut half and secure with a wooden pick. Marinate beef nuggets in soy sauce mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Place nuggets in broiler pan and broil for 3 to 4 minutes on rack 5 to 8 inches from heat, turning once or twice. Serve at once.
