- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 1/2 ounces pkg. pork flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 - egg, beaten
How To Make tasty sausage balls

Step 1Mix together sausage, celery, and onion. Mix stuffing mix, baking powder, and hot water in separate bowl; add egg. Combine the two mixtures and make into small balls. Bake in a 14x10x2-inch baking pan for 16 minutes covered at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until done. Makes 4 dozen.
