Found this recipe years ago and have been making it for all kinds of occasions. So simple but yet so good.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 1/2 ounces jar chipped beef, finely chopped
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make tandy chipped beef ball

Step 1

Combine all ingredents except for 1/2 cup of the chipped beef. Mix well, chill, then roll into a ball and then in the chipped beef to cover it.
