I got this recipe from my Aunt that lives in New Orleans. They have these at their parties. I made them for the holidays and will be making them for my grandsons wedding reception. You can also freeze them for a later date.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cups corn meal
- 3/4 cup v-8 juice
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- - sauce
- 5 cups v-8 juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
How To Make tamalie party balls

Step 1Mix all of the ingredients together and form into small balls.

Step 2Place the meatballs in a large saucepan.

Step 3Mix the sauce ingredients together.

Step 4Pour over the meatballs.

Step 5Cook on medium heat for 45 to 60 minutes.Stirring ocassionaly.
