Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage like jimmy dean's
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
How To Make sweet-sour pork sausage balls

Step 1Mix sausage, egg, bread crumbs and sage. Shape into about 36 one inch balls. In ungreased skillet, brown balls slowly on all sides, about 15 minutes. Pour off grease. Combine ingredients for sauce; pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat. Transfer to a slow cooker on low, to keep warm.
