sweet n' sour meatballs

This recipe was given to me by a friend of my sister many years ago. I make it for parties, every time I have a gathering. It works well served with toothpicks. It is delicious, easy and takes little effort and no time at all to prepare. I usually double the amount because there are never leftovers!!It is delicious served over rice or egg noodles.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate
How To Make sweet n' sour meatballs

Step 1Combine first 9 ingredients and shape into balls. Bake in a baking pan at 350 till brown.

Step 2Combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar & lemon juice in a saucepan, heat, & stir until cranberries melts.

Step 3Pour over meatballs and heat until hot, few minutes. Serve with toothpicks or over rice or noodles.
