sweet and spicy meatballs
There is a Just A Pinch Blue Ribbon recipe by Edith Kehoe titled Holiday Meatballs. I made my meatball recipe based on her recipe. The Test Kitchen raved about Edith's recipe so I made my own variations using the orange marmalade with champagne and sriracha hot sauce.

Ingredients
- 40 - frozen angus beef fully cooked meatballs
- 12 ounces mackays orange marmalade with champagne
- 12 ounces del monte chili sauce
- 2 pinches sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1 cup orange juice no pulp
How To Make sweet and spicy meatballs

Step 1Insert a crockpot liner into your crockpot for easy cleanup.

Step 2Pour the entire bottle of chili sauce into the crockpot.

Step 3Pour the orange marmalade with champagne into the crockpot.

Step 4Pour in a cup of orange juice.

Step 5Add two dashes of hot sauce. I had Sriracha on hand so that is what I used.
