Ingredients
- 1 pound italian style meatballs, thawed
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, undrained
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar (lemon juice concentrate can be used instead)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

Step 1Place meatballs in crockpot. Drain pineapple tidbits, reserving syrup.

Step 2In medium saucepan, combine pineapple syrup and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves.

Step 3Blend in pineapple tidbits, brown sugar, water, cider vinegar and soy sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

Step 4Pour sauce over meatballs and let simmer on low 2-3 hours, or until heated through.
