Found this recipe in an old issue of the Boston Globe dated Feb.27, 1985, Gaspar's is a sausage success story. Saved the page all these years and have never tried any of them. Let me know if you do, and if you like them or have tweaked the recipe!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds linguica
- 1 jar 8 oz. grape jelly
- 1 jar 12 oz. chili sauce
How To Make sweet and sour linguica

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut meat into 1/2 slices. Using a low-sided pan, jelly roll type, bake for 10 minutes. Turn meat and bake another 5 to 10 mins.

Step 2Meanwhile, heat the grape jelly and chili sauce in a 3 Qt.saucepan. Put all the linguica in the sauce and warm 10 mins. Do Not Cover.

Step 3Makes a great appetizer scewered with a tooth pick. May be refrigeratored several days.
