Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound hamburger
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- - dash of pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup cream or milk
- 2 - cubes of beef bullion in 1 cup water
How To Make swedish meatballs

Step 1Saute onion in butter until tender but not brown. Combine meat and seasonings, beat thoroughly. Beat in flour then egg, gradually beat in cream and onion (mixture should be light and fluffy).

Step 2Form mixture in 1" balls and lightly brown in a little additional butter, shaking skillet to brown balls. Remove excess fat, add bullion and cook uncovered 12 to 15 minutes if desired thicken gravy.
