How to Make Stuffed Jalapenos - Tex Mex
- Soak bacon in liquid smoke for 1 hour
Half Jalapenos and scrap out seeds and ribs
- Cook chorizo and drain grease; add it to cream cheese, green onions, worcheshire and cumin
- Fill each jalapeno half with chorizo mixture. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks
- Bake for 35 minutes on 325 or until jalapenos are cooked.
