Ingredients

  • 15 large
    jalapenos
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    bacon, uncooked
  • 4 bottle
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 pkg
    san manuel beef chorizo
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 2 dash(es)
    worcheshire
  • 3 dash(es)
    cumin

How to Make Stuffed Jalapenos - Tex Mex

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak bacon in liquid smoke for 1 hour
    Half Jalapenos and scrap out seeds and ribs
  2. Cook chorizo and drain grease; add it to cream cheese, green onions, worcheshire and cumin
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with chorizo mixture. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks
  4. Bake for 35 minutes on 325 or until jalapenos are cooked.
