Ingredients
- 15 large jalapenos
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 package bacon, uncooked
- 4 bottles liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 package san manuel beef chorizo
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 dashes worcheshire
- 3 dashes cumin
How To Make stuffed jalapenos - tex mex

Step 1Soak bacon in liquid smoke for 1 hour Half Jalapenos and scrap out seeds and ribs

Step 2Cook chorizo and drain grease; add it to cream cheese, green onions, worcheshire and cumin

Step 3Fill each jalapeno half with chorizo mixture. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks

Step 4Bake for 35 minutes on 325 or until jalapenos are cooked.
