stuffed bread appetizers
(1 RATING)
These always go over well when I serve them. Most times I get requests to bring them to parties. This needs to chill overnight.

How To Make stuffed bread appetizers
-
Step 1In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Set aside.
-
Step 2Hollow out top and bottom slices of bread, leaving 1/2 inch shell and discard or save for another use. Spread a layer of mayonnaise over each slice of bread. Sprinkle mayonnaise with parsley flakes.
-
Step 3Fill each bread half with cheese mixture. Wrap pickle pieces with a slices of ham and place on bottom 1/2 of loaf. Replace top, press together to seal, wrap in foil and chill overnight. Just before serving, cut into 1 inch slices.
-
Step 4Cooks note: I usually double this recipe. I will make 2 inch slices depending on the crowd.
