Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 2 tablespoons ginger, fresh & minced
- 1 teaspoon oriental seasome oil
- 1 - gyoza wrap package "10 ounces"
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup shoyu " soy suace'
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
How To Make steamed pork filled won-ton's

Step 1Frist in a medium bowl combine the frist 6 ingerdients & mix well. Then place about 1 tespoon full of the filling in the center of each wrapper. Then bring the edge's of the wrapper up, press into the filling at 4 evenly spaced point's & leave some filling exposed at the top.

Step 2Next repeat with the rest of the filling & wrappers. Then in a steamer bring the water to boil. Place the won-tons on each rack. Space them about 1 inch apart. Cover steamer, cook until pork is well done & wrapper is soft for about 20 mins or so.

Step 3Then let them cool well & refrigerate. Meanwhile, combine the last of the ingerdient's in a medium bowl. Resteam the won-tons for about 5 mins, serve immediately & place around the dipping sauce.
