- 1 pound ground sirloin (do not substitute for a cheaper meat)
- 1 - egg yolk
- 6 - capers, rinsed and mashed
- 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- dash pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley
How To Make steak tartare, mom

Step 1Mix beef with egg yolk. Add remaining ingredients and roll in parsley. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Can make small marble sized balls and serve with toothpicks.
