Ingredients

  • 1 pound filet mignon, cut into tiny pieces
  • 3 small shallots, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small jalapeno, minced
  • 1 small serrano chili, minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • Crystal hot sauce

How To Make spicy steak tartare

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and taste to adjust for salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Mound on a plate and set in the fridge for about an hour for flavors to meld.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle with Crystal hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce and enjoy.
