Ingredients
- 1 pound filet mignon, cut into tiny pieces
- 3 small shallots, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small jalapeno, minced
- 1 small serrano chili, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- salt and pepper
- Crystal hot sauce
How To Make spicy steak tartare

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and taste to adjust for salt and pepper.

Step 2Mound on a plate and set in the fridge for about an hour for flavors to meld.

Step 3Drizzle with Crystal hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce and enjoy.
