Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3 - garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 pound chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium) cooked & cut into 1/2inch thick slices
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 can beef broth
How To Make spicy spicy spanish sausages

Step 1Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Add in the onion & cook for about 4 to 5 mins. Stir occasionally until soft.

Step 2Then add in the garlic. Stir & cook for about 30 to 60 seconds or until fragrn. Then add in the sausage slices & cook for about 2 to 4 mins or until lightly browned.

Step 3Then stir in the paprika, coriander & cayenne. Add in the tomato saue & broth. Cook for about 5 minto reduce slightly. Make sure to stir occasionally.

Step 4Serve warm with cocktail toothpicks for easy eatting.
