Spicy Spicy Spanish Sausages

1 Tbspolive oil
1/4 conion, finely chopped
3garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lbchorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium) cooked & cut into 1/2inch thick slices
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
1 can(s)tomato sauce
1/4 can(s)beef broth
How to Make Spicy Spicy Spanish Sausages
- Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Add in the onion & cook for about 4 to 5 mins. Stir occasionally until soft.
- Then add in the garlic. Stir & cook for about 30 to 60 seconds or until fragrn. Then add in the sausage slices & cook for about 2 to 4 mins or until lightly browned.
- Then stir in the paprika, coriander & cayenne. Add in the tomato saue & broth. Cook for about 5 minto reduce slightly. Make sure to stir occasionally.
- Serve warm with cocktail toothpicks for easy eatting.
