  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 3
    garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 lb
    chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium) cooked & cut into 1/2inch thick slices
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1/4 can(s)
    beef broth

How to Make Spicy Spicy Spanish Sausages


  1. Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Add in the onion & cook for about 4 to 5 mins. Stir occasionally until soft.
  2. Then add in the garlic. Stir & cook for about 30 to 60 seconds or until fragrn. Then add in the sausage slices & cook for about 2 to 4 mins or until lightly browned.
  3. Then stir in the paprika, coriander & cayenne. Add in the tomato saue & broth. Cook for about 5 minto reduce slightly. Make sure to stir occasionally.
  4. Serve warm with cocktail toothpicks for easy eatting.
