Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 - garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 pound chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium) cooked & cut into 1/2inch thick slices
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 can beef broth

How To Make spicy spicy spanish sausages

  • Step 1
    Ina frying pan heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Add in the onion & cook for about 4 to 5 mins. Stir occasionally until soft.
  • Step 2
    Then add in the garlic. Stir & cook for about 30 to 60 seconds or until fragrn. Then add in the sausage slices & cook for about 2 to 4 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step 3
    Then stir in the paprika, coriander & cayenne. Add in the tomato saue & broth. Cook for about 5 minto reduce slightly. Make sure to stir occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Serve warm with cocktail toothpicks for easy eatting.
