spicy sausage balls
This is Seth's take on sausage balls. He took a class his senior year called "Home and Family Living". We all had a good laugh when he had to carry his squalling baby doll around for a weekend. Linzi even videoed him asleep on the couch holding the bottle in the dolls mouth. Another thing they had to do was prepare a recipe, and this is the one that he chose. He said they were a hit. After he died, his teacher told me that he was always bringing spices and seasonings up there because their budget was so low and he was worried that she didn't have enough. Now I know where all my spices went.

How To Make spicy sausage balls
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-
Step 2Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
-
Step 3Form into one inch balls.
-
Step 4Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
-
Step 5Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown in preheated oven.
-
Step 6I like to freeze mine before baking. I put the frozen balls in a ziplock bag in the freezer. When I get ready to cook them, I place them on a baking pan. It takes a little longer to cook them if they are frozen first.
