I've only used the hot sausage and hot Rotel tomatoes. Everyone loves this recipe. I'm always told to bring it to our social gatherings.

Ingredients
- 1 pound jimmy dean hot pork sausage
- 10 ounces rotel hot habanero diced tomatoes and green chiles - drain about 1/3 of the juice
- 4 ounces can sliced black olives with diced red jalapenos, drained
- 1 pound mexican velveeta processed cheese cut into cubes
- 1 bag tostito scoops
How To Make spicy rotel sausage dip

Step 1In 2 qt microwaveable dish, break up sausage and cook on high power for 3 minutes. Break up sausage again and cook at high power for 3 more minutes. Crumble sausage and drain. Add rest of ingredients except for Tostitos. Cook at high power for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook at high power for 2 more minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with Tostito Scoops and Enjoy!
