Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup colby jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls ( 8 oz each)
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken
How To Make spicy buffalo chicken roll

Step 1In a bowl, mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth.

Step 2Mix in chicken and Colby Jack cheese.

Step 3Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles.

Step 4On a large cookie sheet, arrange the triangles in ring (dough should overlap & look like a sunburst with a circle in the middle).

Step 5Put half of the Mozzarella on each triangle that is closest to the circle.

Step 6Put the chicken mixture on top of the Mozzarella.

Step 7Top with the rest of the Mozzarella.

Step 8Bring the top of the triangle over the filling and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough.

Step 9Repeat around the ring until the entire ring is enclosed.

Step 10Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

Step 11Let it cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.

Step 12Serve with dressing of your choosing.
