Spicy Brunch Bacon

David Reeves

This excellent recipe comes from SQUARE TABLE - A Collection of Recipes from Oxford, Mississippi -p. 161. It takes some prep time, but it will be worth it for your next brunch. The delicious flavors come through whether the bacon is hot or cold, so it makes a great morning snack when tailgating in The Grove at Ole Miss!
