- MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- SAUCE
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup each soy sauce, hoisen sauce, and honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1/4 cup water
How To Make spicy asian pork meatballs

Step 1Mix all ingredient for the meatballs together except for the olive oil. Roll into balls. Place oil in a skillet and cook the meatballs in batches until no longer pink. Alternately you could bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Step 2Remove the meatballs from the skillet. Add the ingredients for the sauce except cornstarch and water into the same skillet. Whisk the cornstarch and water together.

Step 3Bring the sauce to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture into the sauce to thicken. Add the meatballs into the sauce and cook until warmed through.
