How to Make Spam Kelaguen
- Prepare your grill to high heat.
Open the can of spam and slice into 6pcs. (per can)
Grill both sides until golden brown.
- Thinly chop into small diced pieces. Add spam into a medium bowl, add lemon juice, peppers, cilantro and green onions. Then add the grated coconut and mix well.
