I made these for my husbands Christmas office party. They were a big hit and everyone insisted I make them every year!

Ingredients For sombreros

1 lblean ground beef
-
2 Tbspice water
-
2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
- FILLING:

2 csour cream
-
1 1/2 ctortilla chips, crushed

5 Tbsptaco sauce

4 ozcan ripe olives, chopped

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make sombreros

1Combine beef, water and taco seasoning mix. Press meat mixture on bottom and sides of mini muffin tins. Set aside.

2Combine sour cream, chips, taco sauce and olives. Spoon mixture into unbaked meat shells.

3Sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven. Serve hot.
