Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons ice water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- FILLING:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 5 tablespoons taco sauce
- 4 ounces can ripe olives, chopped
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make sombreros

Step 1Combine beef, water and taco seasoning mix. Press meat mixture on bottom and sides of mini muffin tins. Set aside.

Step 2Combine sour cream, chips, taco sauce and olives. Spoon mixture into unbaked meat shells.

Step 3Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven. Serve hot.
