I made these for my husbands Christmas office party. They were a big hit and everyone insisted I make them every year!

Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
2 Tbsp
ice water
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix

FILLING:

2 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
tortilla chips, crushed
5 Tbsp
taco sauce
4 oz
can ripe olives, chopped
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make SOMBREROS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine beef, water and taco seasoning mix.
    Press meat mixture on bottom and sides of mini muffin tins. Set aside.
  • 2Combine sour cream, chips, taco sauce and olives.
    Spoon mixture into unbaked meat shells.
  • 3Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 4Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven.

    Serve hot.
