I got this recipe from a pepperidge Farm site and they are so delicious, i just had to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • - flour for dusting work surface
  • 1 - sheet puff pastry shells
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • - chopped fresh parsley
  • 1-1/2 cup diced smokey kielbasa

How To Make smokey sausage cups

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle some flour on a work surface. Unfold pastry sheet onto work surface.Roll the sheet into a 10" x 15" rectangle.
  • Step 2
    Cut the pastry sheet into 24-2-1/2"-squares. Press each square gently into 24 mini muffin cups that have been sprayed w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    In bowl, stir together the kielbasa, marmalade and mustard. Spoon 1 tbsp mix into each muffin cup. Bake 15 min, or until golden brown. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
