How to Make Smokey sausage cups
- Sprinkle some flour on a work surface. Unfold pastry sheet onto work surface.Roll the sheet into a 10" x 15" rectangle.
- Cut the pastry sheet into 24-2-1/2"-squares. Press each square gently into 24 mini muffin cups that have been sprayed w/ cooking spray.
- In bowl, stir together the kielbasa, marmalade and mustard. Spoon 1 tbsp mix into each muffin cup. Bake 15 min, or until golden brown. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
