I got this recipe from a pepperidge Farm site and they are so delicious, i just had to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • ·
    flour for dusting work surface
  • 1
    sheet puff pastry shells
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • ·
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1-1/2 c
    diced smokey kielbasa

How to Make Smokey sausage cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface. Unfold pastry sheet onto work surface.Roll the sheet into a 10" x 15" rectangle.
  2. Cut the pastry sheet into 24-2-1/2"-squares. Press each square gently into 24 mini muffin cups that have been sprayed w/ cooking spray.
  3. In bowl, stir together the kielbasa, marmalade and mustard. Spoon 1 tbsp mix into each muffin cup. Bake 15 min, or until golden brown. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
